As you may have seen recently in local news, a small group of people in the Small Farms Community just West of Silverhill hired this firm to represent them in front of the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission. They were faced with the development of 42 unit apartment complex in their traditionally community. For half of a century, this area remained undisturbed by commercial developers. Thanks to the spirit shown by the members of the Small Farms Community and with the help of this firm, the application for development was denied by the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission.
